Inlanta Mortgage Named Finalist for 2010 Mortgage Technology Award

Waukesha, Wis., August 30, 2010 ? Inlanta Mortgage, a Wisconsin based mortgage banker, was named a finalist in the Customer-Focused Lender category for the 2010 Mortgage Technology Awards.

The Customer-Focused Lender Award is given to a lender that uses technology to provide a better, more transparent process for borrowers. International Document Services, Inc. (IDS), a mortgage document preparation vendor and partner of Inlanta Mortgage nominated Inlanta for this award to recognize Inlanta’s commitment to document compliance and perfection to create a better customer experience.

According to Jean Badciong, Inlanta?s Chief Operating Officer, “Inlanta has staked its reputation on providing borrowers with technology that provides a more transparent process and overall enhanced borrowing experience. We feel that there is no excuse for delivering anything less than perfection at the closing table and believe it is in our customers? best interest that loan documents meet strict compliance standards. To achieve this end, we must work with business partners like IDS who provide the same level of service to us that we provide to our branches and customers.”
“Because Inlanta’s customers include investors as well as borrowers, it is critically important that they bring flawless document sets to closing,” said IDS President Curt Doman. “As Inlanta’s doc prep provider of choice and a long time admirer of Inlanta, IDS wanted to be among the first to congratulate them on being a finalist in the Customer-Focused Lender category.”

Winner of the 2010 Mortgage Technology Awards will be announced in October during the Mortgage Bankers Association’s 97th Annual Convention and Expo in Atlanta and featured in the October issue of Mortgage Technology Magazine.
